GUDRS Support

When you sign up for GUDRS™ you get 5 days (from the date of sign-up) of FREE support to help with any issues you might have during the configuration of your GUDRS™ client.

Please note: There will be a $66.00/incident charge.

However, you may want to consider signing up for our Unlimited Technical Support* option.

The benefits include:

We will monitor all of your backups for you each day, and contact you by e-mail for any minor issues or call you for any major issues.

In addition, we are available during regular business hours* for any and all questions you may have about your service which include but are not limited to; how to recover files when needed, how to add directories or files to your file-set, or how to fix errors during backup.

The cost for this service is $33.00/month and can be paid in the following ways:

Quarterly - $99/Quarter ($33.00/month)
Semi-annually - $168/Semi-Annually - ($28.00/month)
Annually - $276/Annually -($23.00/month)

*Support to be provided during our regular business hours of (8:30am to 5:00pm Pacific Time). Any additional support required outside of regular business hours will incur an additional charge of $33.00 per incident.
† An incident is defined as support for the same issue until the issue is resolved.
